Operations Manager

Dear potential costumer,

My name is Jan, I am one of the two founders of Tukec car service and hold the position of Operations Manager. I am 24 years old and I recently aquired my MBA diploma, here in the Czech Republic.

After graduation, I desired to start a small business in a field that interests me. The combination of the following two facts decided for the choice of starting a Car service. Firstly my brother, Václav (key Mechanic, Quality Manager), is one of the most inteligent and unbelieavably skilfull person, in the Automotive field. Secondly, the reputation and service of most of car services, all over the Czech republic is tragic. I realized there is evidently a niche in the local market.

Our public relation program quarantees 100% costumer satisfaction. We will not promise, what we can't achieve, but we will be sincere.

My goal, besides fulfilling our mission, is to have and keep at least 300 regular and satisfied clients by the year 2012. Be one of them!

with kind regards

Quality manager

Hello,

my name is Václav, my job is to supervise and help our mechanics. I also control the quality of our outcome.

Oily stuff and engineering were always my passion. The first word, I ever said was "Auto." At the age of 4, I was able to construct lego technic models suitable for ages 10+. When, I was 13 years old, I built a fully functional car, on regular axles, powered by a 1.3Liter ©koda engine. The car was equipped with a winch and helped my grandpa drag trees in a forest for years.

Some of my recent achievements were fixing mechanical/electrical problems, that other services, even authorised dealers, were not able to fix. When ever, we are forced to deal with authorised dealers, we are facing shocking experience. The most finance demanding jobs is repairing a vehicle that was amateurishly fixed at a different service. We have encountered unbelievable manners of work being done, including wiring of mufflers, unisolated wires, instalation of parts from a different makes etc. Job done in such a way, usualy doesn't last much and even worse, could be harmfull to passangers. What is even more sad, many of these jobs were done at the authorised car dealer such as Ford, Honda or ©koda.

With the use of extremely powerful, information outsourcing tools, to seek for the cause of technical problems, our mechanics work efficiently and thoroughly.  Each step of our mechanics is document with photos, serving as evidence. The job is done carefully and cautiously. Every nut and bolt is treated with respect for future easy dismantling.

Sincerely
